THE BEST CHICKEN AND WAFFLES EVER!!!!! Breading seasoned perfect. Ranch is homemade and it's the best. Our waitress Katelyn, she was awesome. On top of everything and smiling the whole time. 15 minute wait well worth it. GOOD JOB FLAPJACKS ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘

Food was very good. Portion size was very large. Server Katlin was outgoing and witty. Service excellent. Food prepared to order and wait time minimal.

For a place called “Flapjack’sâ€, their pancakes aren’t great. The biscuits (called “world famous†on the menu) were hard as a rock (literally... my husband banged his against the plate and not a crumb came off). The service was great though, which is why we gave it three stars. However, I feel like you could get a better breakfast elsewhere.
